The Meadow Lake Tribal Council is seeking an energetic motivated individual for the position of Office Manager - Admin for the MLTC Buffalo Narrows Sub Office. This individual is responsible for planning and overseeing all administrative support and office services for the MLTC Buffalo Narrows sub office. This includes coordinating and communicating office activities, records management (filing), reception duties, shipping and receiving, supplies and stationery, health regulations, and general troubleshooting. The Office Manager will also be responsible for the safety requirements of the organization's facilities and assets.

- Vehicle Fleet
- SWIN Checks
- Purchase Orders / Invoices
- Office Supplies; Operate and Maintain the Office Equipment
- Mail / Bank Deposits
Qualifications:
- Diploma from a recognized institute or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of direct work experience in an office management or relevant role with some accounting background.
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Superior telephone manners and customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in computer software applications.
- An understanding and knowledge of the MLTC Child & Family Services Department's mandate is recommended.
- Adheres to organization's security and confidentiality policies.
- Able to work effectively independently or within a team environment with staff, other MLTC departments, and the nine (9) First Nation communities.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of MLTC and First Nation history, cultures, and values.
- Ability to understand/speak Cree and/or Dene is considered a valuable asset.
