Weidner Investment Services is NOW HIRING for a Property Manager in Prince Albert!  If you have experience working in Property Management then this is the job for you!
This person will be actively engaged in the day-to-day operations for a variety of projects to include: ground-up construction, lease-ups, major renovations, and under-performing properties. The Property Manager will set the standard for a positive teamwork environment, as well as encouraging innovation, leadership, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the process of developing and defining the strategy for improving the overall financial. Performance of all properties by increasing revenues and controlling expenses while maintaining the company's standards
Overall accountability for all aspects of the site operations including budgeting, marketing and leasing, staffing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
In-depth knowledge of market conditions for the region, along with current trends and developments in the property management industry. Oversees the pricing of units based on those industry and market trends.
Develop long range plans for the maintenance and improvement of each property; approve all expenditures over and above normal operating expenses.

Qualifications
At least 2 + years experience in multi-family property management of at least 250 units and with a minimum of 1+ years at the multi-site supervision and management level
Strong financial analytical skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Computer Savvy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and detail-oriented
Must agree to a criminal background check.
