Resident Caretaker to perform Grounds, Janitorial and Maintenance work on a Seniors highrise apartment building.Must live on site. Fireman's ticket required. Previous experience in carpentry, painting, drywalling, minor plumbing and electrical, and Janitorial required. Send resume indicating how you would qualify for this position.

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
