Browns Socialhouse KDB Investments is a very successful and fast growing organization in the restaurant industry with multiple brands, and is seeking a CFO to join their growing team. Reporting to the President and Vice President, this individual will be responsible for the following:

Overseeing the day to day accounting for the corporate office and individual restaurants
Recommending and implementing improvements in the accounting and finance systems for all entities as required
Ensuring proper accounting and reporting for all shareholders and intercompany transactions and financing
Organizing proper reporting and controls for new restaurant construction and pre-opening expenditures
Work with financing partners to secure financing and funding available for expansion and ensure proper reporting and covenant analysis in place for lenders
