Description

The Documentation Technician - Manuals is responsible for taking technical information and rewriting it in a way that can be easily understood and utilized by non-technical individuals. The successful candidate will create the operating and maintenance manuals which will include user guides and system manuals. You may be required to assist with the creation of online help files, documentation, and user guides for the Seed Hawk website. The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, along with an understanding of information design and training material development. Experience in graphic design and fluency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office is a requirement.

Who are you?
-University degree or technical diploma in Graphic Design, Communications design, or equivalent preferred and experience in technical communications is an asset
-Excellent written skills in English
-Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office
-Strong attention to detail
-Must be able to work independently in a peer-review environment
