Description

The Cell Leader is responsible for being a leadership resource to team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support and advice. The Cell Leader is responsible for knowing approved procedures for workers to follow and for ensuring that they comply. The successful candidate will encourage a team effort and supportive attitudes between team members to achieve production schedules while complying with Safety and Quality standards.

Who are you?
-Must have 3+ years? experience in production atmosphere with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity
-Ability to lead effectively including:
*Team Leadership: compliance, communication, creativity, motivation and guidance
* Safety: proper use of safety equipment and procedures, compliance and safety checks
* Quality: adhere to high quality assurance procedures, training, production goals and problem solving skills
* Productivity: leading, planning and organizing to maintain manufacturing goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Forklift and/or overhead crane tickets are an asset
- Practical knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques
