Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a contract Accounts Payable Clerk in Saskatoon, SK. You will be responsible for scanning in documents; receiving and assessing all invoices, ensuring invoices are accurately matched to PO's and other duties as assigned. To be successful in this role you must have a strong background in an accounts payable role and proven typing speed of 60+wpm. This contract will be approximately 1 month +

Responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Clerk Job include:
-Receiving and assessing company invoicing
-Reviewing vendor accounts
-Data entry
-Matching POs
-Some other administrative duties may be assigned

Accounts Payable Clerk qualifications include:
- Must have proven data entry skills, preferably 60 to 70 net speed
- Working knowledge of Excel
- 2-3 years experience in an office/accounting environment
- Business or accounting diploma is an asset.
- Experience with Accounting software; Oracle, QuickBooks or Accpac
