Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for Experienced Data Entry Clerks in Saskatoon, SK. These are casual and contract (up to 6 months) positions with varied hours and days. We have openings for long term and short term assignments.
Data Entry Clerks should be well versed with various computer software, and able to type 60+ words per minute. We are looking for friendly and professional workers with strong communication skills.
Daily duties for Data Entry Clerks will vary with each location but could include:
- Entering information into various computer software
- Filing, scanning
- Liaise between departments to ensure information has reached the appropriate end user
- Mail distribution
- Greeting and directing clients and customers
Qualifications include:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- Data Entry experience, attention to detail
-1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Able to type 60+ words per minute
- Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
- Experience with SAP an asset
- Some travel may be required (reliable transportation a must)
