Commercial or ag lending experience required
Analyze loan applications and make recommendations based on best practices and credit risk policies. Coach front-line lending staff and Credit Managers.
What youll do:
provide consistent and accurate credit adjudication
review and analyze source documents and proposals for authorization
coach a dedicated team
assess corporate and credit risk policy and procedure compliance
authorize administration requests such as loan amendments, security amendments and policy exceptions
use coaching to ensure that FCCs credit culture is understood and applied consistently throughout the corporation

What youll need:
a degree in business, economics or agriculture and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent); fluency in both official languages is an asset
