Description

The Water Security Agency, a Treasury Board Crown corporation, ensures sustainable water supplies are available to support growth, a healthy environment and our quality of life.

Headquartered in North Battleford and reporting to the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support services, in a team environment to employees in all work units within the office. Typical duties and responsibilities include:
* Processing letters, forms, memorandums, reports, minutes, and spreadsheets in accordance with established standards;
* Assisting in developing and maintaining a variety of records and databases;
* Assisting in delivery of services including responding to general inquiries from the public and other work units within the organization and preparing routine letters of reply;
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail; and
* Scheduling meetings and other special events.

Preference will be given to applicants who have completed a one year Office Education Certificate program or similar program and have demonstrated sound word processing skills using Microsoft Office.
