Description

Sushi House in Prince Albert, SK is looking for a skilled Japanese Food Cook.

Requirements:
Over 3 years of experience in commercial cooking is required.
Experience in Japanese food cooking would be an asset.
Completion of high school education is required.
Basic English speaking is required.

Terms of Employment: Full-Time and Permanent
Wage: C$ 15.00 / hour
Working Hour: 40 hours / week (15 days of paid vacation per year)

Job Duties:
-    Plan, prepare and complete Japanese traditional and trendy fusion cuisine
-    Determine size of food portions and display of completed foods
-    Store ingredients and raw materials on proper temperature
-    Maintain work area clean
