A well established growing manufacturer based in Biggar, SK currently has a permanent job opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd year Electrician Apprentice. The ideal candidate will have experience in a industrial manufacturing or production environment. Our client is a leading manufacturer of above-ground storage tanks with clients through the oil and gas, mining, petroleum and heavy industrial industry. The wage for this role is highly competitive and the company offers a comprehensive benefit package. Upon hiring, relocation to Biggar, SK is expected as a condition of employment.

Senior Hockey is back this fall and the Biggar Nationals are looking for Junior Hockey alumni to join their team as they compete in the Sask West Senior B Hockey League.

Requirements for Electrician Apprentice:
- Responsible for keeping all material, tools and equipment in order while maintaining a clean work area
- Must use all tools, equipment and materials in a proper and safe fashion
- Properly mount and install assigned work, conduit, wires, and strapping as directed
- Be able to accurately and safely identify colors of wire & conductors.
- Accurately read labels, job site maps/direction, instructions manuals and written instructions

Qualifications for Electrician Apprentice:
- 2 to 3 years Electrical experience including in-class education (enrolled in apprenticeship program)
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical problems independently and while supervised
- Ability to work on ladders and at heights
- Must have valid Drivers License with clean abstract
