A&W is seeking to fill several part-time positions at their Weyburn location.

We also now offer a Shift performance bonus:
1) Service time - 1 service buck per shift.

2) Quality, service, cleanliness "likes" - 1 service buck per shift
** Total of 2 service bucks per shift.

3) Employee 50% food discount within shift. During and after the shift you can use service bucks to buy food.

** $250.00 annual scholarship for student employees working 15hrs /week maintaining  their GPA while working.  Year end retention performance bonus $250.00.
** $500.00/year end performance retention Bonus of a fulltime employee choosing fixed shifts or perceived fixed shifts.
**$1000.00/year end performance retention bonus of an employee choosing flexible fixed shifts and on call.
** $150.00/employee referral bonuses if referred employee stays for 4months or more with a positive performance review.

General duties include taking customer orders, prepare, heat and finish simple food items, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim food, portion and wrap foods and package take out foods. Ongoing cleaning requirements will be an expected duty of the job.

Applicants should have good communication skills, reliable, work well with others and enjoy interacting with the public.  Previous restaurant experience preferred; however, employer willing to train.

These positions require the chosen candidates to be available for work as per posted work schedule; therefore, day, evening, weekend, on call and flexible shifts will be required.
