We are an award-winning IT service provider and are seeking a young and dynamic Junior Computer Repair / Shop Technician for a full-time permanent employment with a career growth opportunity to become Junior Technical Analyst.

Perfect candidates MUST have:
- At least 6-12 month experience doing computer repairs (including laptops, desktops and Macs)
- Experience cleaning out viruses, malware, making computers faster;
- Communication skills as you will be directly in contact with customers - face to face and on the phone;
- Burning desire to learn about best practices in computer repair and service;
- Follow the procedures and technical check lists;
- Positive attitude to work and life.

What your work day will look like:
- Combination of in-shop, on-site and remote work;
- Working with Backup solutions, Email solutions

You HAVE to be comfortable doing the following:
- Computer Tune-up;
- Computer hardware and software repair;
- Troubleshooting basic networking issues
- Interacting with customers in-person or over the phone in a professional and friendly manner.
