The Best Western Seven Oaks is currently looking for Banquet Manager. We are looking for someone with great people and communication skills. At least one year of Banquet Manager experience is required.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the hotel banquet department
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
Monitor inventory, develop and maintain cost control system to reduce waste in food, supplies, and labor.
Communicate regularly with Captains, Managers, Executive Chef and sales department to organize upcoming events, menu needs and guest requests.
Greet the contact persons and ensure all needs and expectations are met.
Promote and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
