Front Desk Admin/Conveyancer/bookkeeper - General Secretarial duties, accounts payable/receptionist,process deals into contact management and accounting systems, conveyancing real estate transactions, full cycle payroll and source deduction payments, full cycle a/p and a/r, including collections, record management, gst/pst/wcb remittances. Attending to operational duties of office, monthly bank rec, work with corp accountants for annual trust audits. other duties as seen fit by office manager.
Desired Skills and Experience -Experience working within Real Estate Firm , completion of a one or two yr college or other program for accounting, professionally trained with 5 yrs experience in bookkeeping and conveyancing, Advanced excel skills, extensive software proficiency, excellent communication skills, punctual, meticulous, reliable and driven perfectionist, strong team player, courteous manners to the public, superb phone skills, attention to detail and accountability to work done is key, excellent organizational, computer, verbal and written communication skills.Flexible and able to multitask. Represent the organization with honesty, professionalism and integrity at all times. Confidentiality is very important.  35 hrs per week/Monday to Friday. Wages are competitive and vary according to training and experience $15.00-$23.00/hr.    Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.  Deadline for applications  November  2, 2015
