Brandt Developments has a position available for a Director of Construction Services at the Regina location.

Responsibilities include:
    Responsible for the delivery of construction operations from site acquisition through construction and commissioning
    Performs all management duties including, but not limited to, budgeting, hiring, performance reviews, coordinating and scheduling work, salary recommendations, discipline, leadership, and coaching
    Develop and maintain project controls and scheduling of capital and development projects through full project cycles reporting directly to Corporate Officers, Owners and Stakeholders

The ideal candidate must have experience with commercial general contractor and developers, successfully managing a project management profit center is considered an asset. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 + years with an extensive experience in construction, design, finance, and management.  Shall have the ability to mentor, coach and develop personnel to excel in their careers as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.
