Hours are 40 hours per week. Applicant should be available to work evenings and weekends. Commerical cooking experience is required.
Duties:
- Must have 2- 5 years experience
- Prepare and cook complete meals
- Individual dishes and foods
- Must have experience cooking steaks
- Plan menus
- Determine size of food portions
- Estimate food portions and costs
- Prepare home made soups and sauces
- Must be available for catering
