The Board of Carlton Trail College is inviting applications for the position of:
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The successful candidate reports to an appointed Board, and works closely with the Board and the Senior Leadership Team to implement Board policy and manage the affairs of the College, in a manner consistent with the Boards strategic plan and the mandate of the College.
The successful candidate will:
- Provide executive leadership to college staff, and will be accountable for the creation of a positive and progressive work environment that supports community needs.
- Possess a graduate degree in educational administration or the equivalent in education, training and experience.
- Have demonstrated exemplary previous administrative experience in large or complex organizations, ideally within a post-secondary or K-12 environment.
A comprehensive compensation package has been developed through the Personnel Policy Secretariat. Duties are to commence August 1, 2016, or such other mutually agreeable date.
