Adamson Farms Ltd is looking for a motivated, self starter to join our family run farm. We run 4000ac of grain and 150 head of Beef Cow/calf Angus/commercial operation.(We are not a Dairy Farm) The successful applicant must be able to work well with others as well as alone with little supervision. Must be careful with equipment and around the yard as their are children present. Duties will include but are not limited to operating large farm equipment, maintenance/servicing/care of large farm equipment, shop duties, helping with seeding, spraying, haying, harvest and all duties related with spring start up and fall clean up. Cattle duties involve chores(feeding/bedding,etc) fencing, sorting, hauling, Monitoring/maintaining herd health, etc. We offer a fun, friendly and safe work place. This is a physically demanding job that requires working in all weather conditions and long hours/7 days a week during peak seasons. Possibility of housing available for the right applicant.
