Brandt Developments has a position available for Director of Property Management at the Regina location. Reporting to the VP of Developments, the Director of Property Management is responsible for the strategic planning, management and leadership of the property management division.

Job responsibilities include:

- Participate in senior management planning relative to the direction of Brandt Developments Ltd.
- Utilize existing short and long term maintenance and CapEx plans for each property, in conjunction with the Facilities Manager.
- Estimate monthly expenses and develop annual and long term plans to achieve the operational and financial requirements for the properties.
- Maintain and update Asset/Facility Management plans.
- Lead a team to deliver effective operations and maintenance for multiple properties.
- Ability to manage and direct consultants, contractors and vendors.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 15 years experience in commercial property management, including 5 years in a senior leadership role. Must have a university degree in Commerce or Business Administration. Preference will be given to a candidate with a professional designation as a Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute International or a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Real Estate Institute of Canada or equivalent.
