RANA is a growing company with offices in Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. We specialize in respiratory products and services including programs in obstructive sleep apnea, home oxygen and pulmonary function.
As a Client Service Coordinator, you will perform administrative duties to coordinate the delivery of client services for RANA's Saskatchewan sleep program.
The CSC:
- Provides reception and direct customer service including fitting clients with sleep apnea CPAP masks (training provided)
- Administers and acts upon received referrals to our clinics and books appointments
- Educates clients on RANA's sleep study procedure
- Manages phone calls related to the replenishment of sleep apnea supplies
- Sets up CPAP machines for clients and administers inventory
- Provides support to RANA's national sleep program and locally to the home oxygen program
- Processes invoices and collects payment
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Customer service experience in the sales or service industry an asset
- Medical terminology and health care experience an asset
- Proficient with MS Office and databases
