  In a 1 week rotation: 5 shifts of 7.50 hours

Job Summary:
  Primary Health Care is a delivery model that utilizes integrated, interdisciplinary teams of health professionals and community members to provide high quality service as close to home as possible, at the most appropriate time, by the most appropriate person. The Primary Health Care Team Manager-Lloydminster reports to the Director of Primary Health Care and is accountable for the PHC team members in the Lloydminster and surrounding area. This position provides leadership in team building, clinical excellence and interdisciplinary team practices.

Required Qualifications:
  Degree in Health Sciences, nursing preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  Proficient with computer software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for individual, small group, and large group interaction both within the region and the community
  Valid driver's license

Experience:
  Leadership and/or supervisory experience
  Experience working with a PHC team is an asset
  Lean Leadership training is an asset
