MARKUSSON NEW HOLLAND OF REGINA IS A PROGRESSIVE AGRICULTURAL AND LIGHT CONSTRUCTION DEALERSHIP LOCATED JUST OUTSIDE OF REGINA IN EMERALD PARK, SK.  WE ARE THE LARGEST SINGLE STORE AGRICULTURAL DEALERSHIP IN WESTERN CANADA WITH A STAFF OF 51 EMPLOYEES, MANY OF WHICH HAVE BEEN WITH US FOR 15+ YEARS.  MARKUSSON NEW HOLLLAND IS KNOWN AS A LEADER IN THE AG INDUSTRY FOR PROVIDING SUPERIOR SERVICE AND UNSURPASSED CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

SERVICE MANAGER ROLE:
-MANAGE ALL OPERATIONS OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
-CREATE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR SERVICE & TRUCKING DEPTS
-ANALYZE SERVICE DEPT REPORTS ON AN ONGOING BASIS
-WORK CLOSELY WITH SHOP FOREMAN & SERVICE WRITER DAILY CLOSING WORK ORDERS &    WARRANTY CLAIMS, PLANNING SERVICE SCHEDULES, SUPERVISING TECHNICIANS
-INTERACT WITH CUSTOMERS TO SELL SERVICE AND RESOLVE ISSUES
-DELEGATE DUTIES TO OTHERS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
-MAINTAIN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS
-MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO CUSTOMERS BASED ON SERVICE INSPECTIONS

-EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
-ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES, PERFORM WELL UNDER PRESSURE, MOTIVATED
-EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
-GREAT PROBLEM SOLVER
