Description

The Successful Candidate will be responsible for GENERAL OFFICE duties including:  

Answer all incoming calls, greet and announce patients and visitors, ensure reception and patient area is presentable, keep work area neat and tidy, maintain filing system, order office supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, provide assistance to patients, schedule and re-schedule patients, set up appointments for incoming referrals, enter and adjust ER/OR surgeries.

You will have a minimum Grade 12 Education; 1 - 2 years experience in a medical office would be preferred, but not mandatory.

You must be willing to work in a fast paced environment.
