We are currently accepting applications for the position of Service Manager. Our Client is a progressive Agricultural and light Construction Dealership in Regina Saskatchewan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage all operations of the service department.
-Create annual budget for service and trucking departments.
-Analyze service department reports on an ongoing basis.
-Work closely with shop Foreman and Service Writer for daily closing work orders & warranty claims, planning service schedules and supervising technicians.
-Interact with customers to sell service and resolve issues.
-Delegate duties to others in the service department.
-Maintain customer satisfaction and expectations.

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
-Years of experience in Agricultural or construction dealerships.
-Service Manager experience with excellent organizational skills preferred.

-Excellent customer service and great problem solver.
-Ability to manage people and work in a team environment.
