Diamond North Credit Union is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide leadership and manage our Nipawin Branch. As Business Development Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch deposit portfolio and provide direction for the regional loan portfolio. You are a self-motivated and positive leader who is accountable for making decisions that affect the credit union, your team and our members. This position suits you as you have strong interpersonal skills and are a strong coach of your direct reports, as well as possessing the abilities to provide indirect guidance to our entire team. You are a community minded individual who is able to foster strong business relationships within a member-focused service culture. As part of the leadership team, you contribute to the strategic direction of the credit union and accept management of the business development in our largest branch.
