REAL ESTATE ASSISTANT
Immediate opening for assistant to assist a real
estate executive.   You should be an organizer, a
positive person, a good communicator both written
and verbal experienced with computer/word
processing, having a good sense of humour, be a
fast learner with a quick mind and be willing to
work hard and smart. You'll work in a fast paced
real estate office in North Battleford.  We offer
an exciting atmosphere in a people oriented
business.

Skills:
Strong Reception Skills with data base management
Effective Time Management and organizational
skills, ensuring deadlines are achieved
Sharp eye for detail, grammar, proofreading and
formatting
Excellent customer service and communication
skills
Proficient with Power Point, Publisher, Word,
Excel and Outlook
Working knowledge of Photo Shop
Graphic and layout ability
Knowledge of Quick Books an advantage but not
mandatory
Proven ability to multi task.
