Answer all incoming calls, greet and announce patients and visitors, ensure reception and patient area is presentable, keep work area neat and tidy, maintain filing system, order office supplies, process incoming and outgoing mail, provide assistance to patients, schedule and re-schedule patients, set up appointments for incoming referrals, enter and adjust ER/OR surgeries. Assist physician in exam room, knowledge of EMR an asset. Good phone etiquette, good interpersonal skills.
