We are looking for 1 Full Time CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE ATTENDANTS in our Head office in Yorkton. If you are an energetic and enthusiastic individual looking to join the strong and dynamic team at SecurTek, we strongly encourage you to apply for this position.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for providing all services necessary to meet the calling inquiry and completion needs of all types of customers. This includes entering manual or electronic customer data information provided by external customers and internal departments, into operating systems. Communicates with customers to verify customer information. Completes internal work and procedures to ensure the customers requirements are met or exceeded.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
2. Working knowledge of PC;s and 40 wpm keyboarding skills.
3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.
4. Successful applicants will be required to provide a criminal record check prior to employment
