Looking for: 2 full time lifeguards and instructors available early mornings and weekdays
Part time staff available Daytime, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of age
Must have current National Lifeguard Award
Current Standard First Aid, Level C CPR/AED
Current YMCA Swimming Instructor competencies or
equivalent (WSI, LSI, etc) are an asset
Arrives at least 5 minutes early for shifts
Displays YMCA core values
Knows and is able to enforce all pool rules and policies
Maintains a safe environment
Responds appropriately to any emergencies
Works effectively as a team member
Completes all duties as required
Provides positive customer experience
Communicates effectively with patrons and all staff
