Our Regina, Saskatchewan based client is looking for a Senior QA Analyst  Part-Time & Remote for a 4 Months Extendable contract role in Regina.

My client is looking Senior QA Analyst for a part-time basis. This resource is required to facilitate the queue testing activities between the Third Party Service Providers. The work will include developing and implementing strategies to mitigate any software issues related to queuing as well as providing technical support to resolve issues identified from the testing.

    Meeting with representatives to understand their needs with respect to requirements and defect management, architecting the appropriate configuration and executing or assigning the configuration work in the systems.
    Meeting with and/or project representatives to understand their needs with respect to performance and load testing, creating appropriate strategies and plans to meet the needs and then leading the teams to execute the tests.

Qualifications  Mandatory Requirements
    Minimum of five (5) years full-time experience as a QA Analyst in a Senior Role.    
    Minimum five (5) years experience leading a team of at least five (5) resources/analysts.
    Minimum two (2) years experience in a technical role related to queuing technology.

Qualifications  Scored Requirements
    Experience guiding, coaching and leading a team of testers;
    Experience building requirements with respect to defect management, architecting the appropriate configuration and then executing the configuration work in a tool (e.g., HPQC);  
    Experience in assessing the needs for efficient testing to minimize rework in application changes;
    Experience coding tests according to the architecture and design (eg., using QTP);
