Description

A subsidiary of VitalAire Canada, Prairie Oxygen was founded in 2004 by Respiratory Therapists right here in Saskatchewan and was born from a desire to put more caring into respiratory care.

We are looking for a full-time Client Service Technician for the Yorkton area. The CST will be involved in teaching customers the set-up and checking of equipment while providing outstanding customer service.  The incumbent may be required to deliver and transport medical gas equipment to clients and healthcare institutions. Working Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities:
    Provides training to new clients and responds to requests from current clients; provides client education on equipment function and related supplies by performing technical checks and reviewing safety instructions with client
    Maintains up-to-date documentation by completing appropriate records for technical visits including equipment exchanges, delivery and pick up of equipment
    Contributes to team effort by communicating with health care professionals and other staff members to achieve optimal client service
    Reports and manages Homecare customer complaints and reports and quarantines non-conforming products
    Performs warehouse duties by stocking shelves with supplies, shipping and receiving of products, and equipment cleaning
    Provides after hour service to clients by participating in branch on-call rotation
    
Requirements:
    Secondary School Diploma required
    Class 5 license and 1  2 years of driving/delivery experience is an asset
    Excellent customer service skills is required and prior sales experience is an asset
    Detail oriented, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently
    Experience in a technical role, cleaning and repairing home care equipment is an asset
    Clean drivers abstract and criminal background check; ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
