We are a Private Personal Care Home in Moose Jaw, SK that prides itself on providing compassionate, safe and respectful care to our Residents.
We are currently seeking a Part Time Nurse (LPN, RN) to work a minimum of 3 hours per day 5 days a week. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be hands on and be passionate about providing excellent care.

SKILLS AND  REQUIREMENTS:
Current valid registration with provincial nursing association.
Geriatric nursing experience would be a definite asset.
Knowledge and ability to plan, direct, and evaluate resident care.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liase and collaborate with other professional services and team members
Responsible for the management of care issues related to residents
Act as a resource person by demonstrating clinical expertise and comprehensive knowledge in the delivery of resident care
Participate in the development of Resident Care Plans
Review care plans to ensure they reflect resident condition and to ensure appropriate care is outlined
Excellent verbal and comunication skills
