Part-Time Travel Counsellor - Moose Jaw Office
- This position is responsible for providing travel solutions, along with other related administration duties to cusotmers for both domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional sales and service to customers and suppliers.
- Reserving group travel, information regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options.
- Assessing the needs of individual customers, and advising accordingly as to the most suitable products or services.
- Reserving components of a trip and promoting ancillary products, such as travel insurance and calculating customers invoices for services supplied.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers.
Requirements:
- We are looking for a team player who has the proven ability to multi-task, a keen eye for detail and thrives on developing long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills.
- Post secondary travel courses preferred.
- Professional demeanour, complemented by proven excellence in customer service and selling skills.
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of programs, web-based technology and ability to quickly adapt to new software.
This position requires working approximately three days per each week, according to business requirements.
