PARK MANAGER

Applications are being accepted by the Palliser Regional Park Board for a Park Manager.

Under the direct supervision of the Park Board, the Park Managers responsibilities shall be to manage the overall operations of the Park working in cooperation and collaboration with the Office Administrator.

Qualifications:

**    Long range planning
**    Hiring and supervision of staff
**    Oversee equipment maintenance
**    Manage the campgrounds and other park facilities
**    Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and Labour regulations
**    Maintain good public relations
**    Assist with grant applications
**    Purchase orders
**    Work with security and the RCMP to maintain order in the park
**    Present oral and written reports to the Park Board
**    Participate in developing and monitoring the park budget
**    Flexible and available for emergency call outs during the high season
**    Personal initiative balanced by a willingness to follow directions.
**    Planning, scheduling and reviewing employee work performance
