The Living Skies Housing Authority provides technical, operational, and financial support and services to the Housing Network in Saskatchewan. The head office in Regina is looking for an energetic and organized administrative professional to join our team. If you are experienced working with accounting and human resource teams, wed love to hear from you!
What youll do:
- provide administrative support for the housing authority;
- first point of contact for the office;
- maintain all office supplies & equipment;
- organize & coordinate meetings;
- coordinate all incoming & outgoing mail;
- manage email, telephone inquiries, and filing;
provide administrative support to the accounting team:
- verify payment vouchers for accuracy & validity;
- prepare payment vouchers for processing;
- provide vacation coverage for accounts payable staff;
provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
What were looking for:
a self-starter with demonstrated initiative, flexibility, efficiency, and time management skills;
positive personal presentation with good oral and written communication skills;
experience working with different computer programs, software, and the internet;
experience working in finance and HR environments.
What youll need:
Completion of Grade 12, supported by a minimum of one year experience in an administration position preferred, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience;
Proven experience using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
