Description

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Business Planning, the Director of Business Planning provides strategic planning expertise to SaskGaming. This involves leading strategic planning, corporate reporting, research and business intelligence, business analytics, continuous improvement and business case support services to the corporation.

In this position you are responsible for leading the corporate planning process resulting in the delivery and monitoring of the corporate performance management plan and corporate reporting to meet Executive, Board, CIC and shareholder requirements. Your expertise and corporate partnership will ensure evidence-based decision-making in support of corporate strategy. You will facilitate integration with key business processes required for successful strategy development and execution, including budgeting, human resources alignment, and enterprise risk management. Your communication, leadership and team oriented skills will be effective in the development and oversight of SaskGamings portfolio of corporate initiatives. This will involve leading and facilitating the creation of business cases to support the decision making process, providing financial analysis for business cases as well as the identification, analysis and recommendations for efficient and effective business process improvement initiatives.
