We are looking for individuals to represent Adecco in various office environments therefore you must be adaptable and show initiative. To qualify for this Experienced Administrative Assistants role, you must have one to three years experience in an administrative role and have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experienced Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Reception
- Filing, scanning and data entry
- Basic Accounting including Invoicing, A/P and A/R
- Mail distribution
- Greeting and directing clients and customers
Experienced Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- Data Entry experience, attention to detail
- 1-3 years experience in an administrative role
- Positive attitude, flexible and willing to learn
- Experience with SAP is desired
