Job Description: The Mentorship & Clinical/Education Coordinator assesses, plans, implements, instructs and evaluates both mentorship and education programs for Nursing and other functions as required across Sun Country Health Region.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
Experience
Three (3) years clinical experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Organizational skills
Ability to assist and develop policies and procedures according to best practices
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to prioritize, interpret, and respond to issues in a timely and appropriate manner
Ability to research best practice, as well as apply and educate reasearch to clinical practice
Ability to work self-directed

224.00 hours per 6 week rotation
