Job Description: The Physical Therapist-Degree reports directly to the Manager of Outpatient Community Therapy.

As a member of the Canora Primary Health Care Team, the Physical Therapist-Degree will provide direct care to clients.  This position involves some travel. The physical therapist will insure patients/clients referred receive a high standard of physical therapy.  The ability to work on a team is required.

This position is designated as a field hour position.

The Physical Therapist-Degree will also have a reporting relationship to the manager of the facility they are working in.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Interpersonal skills
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Must be self-motivated and confident in ability to work independently
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement

112.00 hours per 3 week rotation: 14 shifts of 8.00 hours
