Facility: HOME CARE - WEST
Job Description: Assist the Home Care Manager with the delivery of Home Care services that are consistent with the policies, standards, legal requirements, philosophy and mission of SCHR.
Responsible to direct and coordinate Home Care staff, collaborate and work with other departments, consult with other Home Care Managers when sector manager is absent
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Psychiatric Nursing
Registered or eligible for registration with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS) or Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
Three(3)years previous experience in a Home Care environment.
Acute Care experience preferred.
Previous education and/or experience in coordinating activities and personnel.
