POSITION SUMMARY
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for upholding our mission and creating an environment that is committed to exceeding client's expectations with the highest level of service at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be an expert in product knowledge by keeping current on all new collections as well as core product lines
Continuously look for opportunities to grow the client base and build loyalty
Communicates client feedback, business trends and recommendations to the Store Management Team
Consistently upholds a neat, clean and organized store and stock room
Effectively promotes all brand initiatives
Assists in maintaining visual presentation standards and ensuring the store is replenished at all times
Complies with the retail operations manual

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Retail experience an asset
Excellent communication and time management skills
Proven ability to perform in a fast paced environment
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
Ability to work a rotating schedule including evening, week-end and holidays based on the needs of the business
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

OTHER DUTIES
Represent Hillberg & Berk at special events, networking opportunities, private sales and collection launches
Protect the value of Hillberg & Berk by maintaining confidentiality
Participate in staff meetings, training and planning sessions

HOURS
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Part-time: 10-15 hours per week

LOCATIONS
1)Sparkle Bar - Cornwall Centre
2)Flagship Store - 2169 McIntyre Street
