Position Summary
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and executing Hillberg & Berks social media strategy across all social platforms. Above all, creating an environment that is committed to exceeding client's expectations during their interactions with the brand.

Position Goals
Be a driving force behind the Hillberg & Berk message of empowering women
Ensure the highest level of service in all interactions with customers, brand ambassadors and fellow team members
Develop and implement social media strategy
Analyze data, research trends and identify opportunities
Work as an integral part of the marketing team
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages action.

Key Responsibilities
Create and execute social media strategy
Creating captions and brand messages for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest and other social platforms
Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Care departments
Oversee customer feedback and engagement on social media platforms
Budget, monitor and control all costs associated with projects
Implement and manage social media campaigns

Skills and Qualifications
Social media management experience is an asset
A Bachelors degree in Marketing or related experience
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clear expectations
Excellent technology skills
Ability to create artwork is an asset
