Description

The Co-operators is looking for a Group Service Representative in our Group Sales department in Regina, SK.

The Group Service Representative is the first point of contact for group benefit quotes, new sales, renewals and front-line customer service in the regional sales office.

Your Qualifications

Completion of post-secondary education with 2-3 years of experience in group benefits

Knowledge of Group Insurance and insurance risk

GBA, CEBS, LOMA, HIAA OR ACS is an asset

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Demonstrated mathematical aptitude

Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite

Superior customer service skills

Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual verbal and written communication skills may be required

The successful candidate shall be subject to a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check as a condition of employment.
