Description

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
-Assess workflow process to improve efficiency, productivity, accuracy & organization compatibility
-Maintain evaluation measures for program areas; implement program evaluation process & analyze
-Collaborate with  program's Manager & staff, ensure services are offered, consistent with mandate of  agency while meeting funder's expectations
-Obtaining accurate & up to date statistics on a regular basis from programs & work with programs to implement outcome measures.  Prepares quarterly & annual evaluation reports, recommend changes for program area
-Assist completion of granting applications & reporting requirements
-Consult community & provincial leaders & agencies to ensure community based, coordinated service delivery & development
-Provide review & feedback on operation of Agency & present recommendations
-Work with managers & staff to ensure cohesive approach to services
Qualifications
Education:
M.S.W., B.S.W. or equivalent. Considerable experience in human service field including  direct service, supervision, evaluation, administration, policy & program development
Experience:
-Minimum of 3 years experience with demonstrated knowledge & professional practice skills in business or human service management.  Experience in program management, human resources management, service development, administration, & program evaluation required.  Have an aptitude for identifying problems & taking a proactive approach with positive solutions
You must also possess skills, abilities & requirements:
-Strong oral, written & interpersonal communication skills
-Strong organizational/time management skills
-Ability to build & sustain work relationships
-Initiative to get work done effectively & efficiently
-High degree of integrity, determination & flexibility
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials
-Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish goals
-Have valid driver's license
-Current, clear criminal record check
