South East Construction L.P. and its associated companies, is expanding its support office staff to balance to our projected growth opportunities. Reporting to the Controller and Financial Accountant, South East Construction requires a Bookkeeper/Accountant based in our Esterhazy offices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- daily bank reconciliations/deposits
-accounts payable reconciliation to purchase orders and posting
-payables cheque runs
-credit card/expense reconciliations
-accounts receivable collections
-payroll processing
-preparing month end reporting
Qualifications:
-minimum Grade 12, post-secondary training
-good computer skills including Microsoft office
-3- 5years electronic accounting software experience, preferably Quick Books
-ability to communicate both orally and in writing
-work in a Construction office environment
