We are seeking a MATURE and dependable receptionist for our busy walk-in clinic Wednesday and Thursdays, 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Additional shifts would be available when covering vacation and sick time.
We are looking for a motivated outgoing individual who loves a challenge. Must be caring and compassionate, have good communication skills and is willing to go above and beyond. Confidentiality is a must. Experience with Accuro and a multi-line switchboard are an asset, but willing to train the right individual.
Duties include scheduling, answering phones, scanning and faxing documents and other minor tasks as needed.
