Description

Employee Benefits Service Representatives provide support to clients and financial security advisors who market our group benefits product for organizations with fewer than 36 plan members. You will:

Provide superior customer service support to clients and advisors with respect to administration of their employee benefits plan
Conduct various training related activities
Liaise with head office to assist with claims and underwriting inquiries
Work with the sales and administrative team
Travel to meet clients

Qualifications:
Post-secondary education or related work experience
Knowledge of group insurance products would be an asset
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills
Work ethic that demonstrates you are service and results oriented, self motivated, and innovated
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Proven computer skills using MS Office programs
Valid drivers license and use of vehicle is necessary
Hold or working towards valid financial services designation GBA.

The successful candidate will be located in either Saskatoon or Regina; travel throughout the region will be required.
