Duties and Responsibilitys:
Check in and checkout guests
Take individual and group reservations
Process telephone calls
Process wake up calls and tend to other guest requests
Take payment
Work with minimal supervision
Basic cleaning of main area
Monitor continental breakfast
Qualifications:
Prior hotel experience is an asset.
Skills and Attributes:
Must meet company and clients appearance standards.
Must be friendly to the guests and fellow employees
Able to handle complaints and other guest issues
Able to perform all duties as required.
